Spacious 250 m² villa for up to 12 guests. You’ll find 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private, well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, Wi-Fi, TV, dedicated workspace, and a high chair for families with children. Outside, enjoy a private garden with breathtaking views of the hills and Alps. The private outdoor pool is available from May 15 to September 30 and has been completely renovated. Relax with the outdoor shower or use the private barbecue for unforgettable meals. Outdoor yoga sessions with experienced instructors can be arranged. The pool is for your exclusive use. For your safety, swimming at night is not allowed. Pets are welcome in the villa but not in the pool, as their presence can alter the water’s pH and pose health risks. Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. There are 3 on-site parking spaces. Pets allowed. Events are not permitted. The villa is set on a hill overlooking the medieval village of San Miniato, in the heart of Tuscany, with easy access to main attractions, cities, monuments, sea, and mountains. A car is recommended due to dirt roads, including 20 meters of unpaved road. Car rental is available during your stay for an extra charge. Being in the countryside, you might encounter insects, including mosquitoes. You can arrange cooking classes or outdoor yoga sessions, or explore the ancient Via Francigena to Siena on foot. San Miniato is famous for its white truffles. Air conditioning and heating are available on request and for an extra charge. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
