Spacious 250 m² villa for up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private kitchen (coffee machine), Wi-Fi, TV, workspace, and highchair for families. Enjoy a private garden with stunning views of the hills and Alps. The outdoor pool, fully renovated, is open May 15–September 30 for your exclusive use. Relax with the outdoor shower or use the barbecue for memorable meals. Outdoor yoga with experienced instructors can be arranged. For safety, swimming at night is not allowed. Pets are welcome in the villa but not in the pool, as they affect water quality. Children under 14 must be supervised in the pool. Three on-site parking spaces are included. Pets allowed. Events are not permitted. The villa is on a hill above the medieval village of San Miniato, in the heart of Tuscany, with easy access to attractions, cities, monuments, sea, and mountains. A car is recommended due to unpaved roads, including 20 meters of dirt road. Car rental is available during your stay for an extra charge. Being in the countryside, insects such as mosquitoes may be present. You can book cooking classes or yoga sessions outdoors, or walk the ancient Via Francigena to Siena. San Miniato is renowned for its white truffle. Air conditioning and heating are available on request and for an extra charge. Check-in: 16:00–20:00. Check-out: strictly by 10:00. Mornings are reserved for professional cleaning of the villa and pool to ensure hygiene and safety. Early check-in and late check-out are not available, even on request.
